COURSE ANNOUCEMENT

Course W814

SoftwareIDM will host two days of HyperSync Requirements Gathering & Design training in Hook on Tuesday and Wednesday, 15th-16th, April 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This course is for anyone who will be gathering requirements, designing, and laying-out the user and system functionality of HyperSync.

This course repeats and is part of a series that is designed to allow you to pick and choose your course attendance days based on your learning needs. We hope you will learn and return for you next learning goal next year, since each topic will repeat, and new topics will be added. You choose only the days your need to attend this year, and then use what you learn, to only later return for more advanced learning. Training is designed to repeat and evolve to help you help your organization reach its implementations goal this year, next year, and beyond.

Who should attend?

This course is ideal for consulting firms, independent consultants, and internal IT staff responsible for a successful implementation or expansion of HyperSync Panel.

Prerequisites

  • Own a subscription to a Knowledge Package or anyone who is considering purchasing Identity Panel
  • Be an level 2 engineer or developer in one of the data sources you plan to use with Identity Panel, which must include one of the following:
    • FIM/MIM
    • Azure ADConnect
    • Active Directory, LDAP
    • SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
    • ADFS
    • Office 365
    • Exchange Server
    • ServiceNow
    • Okta
    • Workday

Session 1 - Using HyperSync

Session 2 - Common cases. How customers are using HyperSync in the real-world. 

Session 3 - HyperSync Provider Architecture Review

This session is not a substitute for course A820 - Identity Panel Architecture, Providers, and Deployment. 

Session 3 - Rule Engine Language Review

This session is on a replacement for course A850 - Rule Engine. Course A850 is recommended for anyone who wants to expand their Rule Engine skills. Report writing will not be covered, but is covered in the full A850 course.
