Session 2 - Projected Silo

This session will show you how to build the internal identity that Service Panel will use for displaying objects in Service Panel.  This identity can also be identified for form driven management of the object back to the internal Projected silo or to other targets or sources.

Session 3 - Service Panel Dashboards

Dashboards can be customized in many different ways, whether it be by application, role or company.  With a feature rich library of material design icons to utilize, the Service Panel Dashboard can serve as a landing page for many in the organization to access the identity solution configured.

Session 4 - Service Panel Form

Explore how to construct Service Panel forms. Expose them as RestAPIs to other application, connect to Test Panel for validation, create behaviors, lookups, formatting, controls, and more.

Session 5 - ServiceNow integration

Learn how to setup ServiceNow to fulfill tickets using Service Panel. This is an abbreviated version of course A890.
