Q: Which course is for beginners?

A: Course A801 is where you begin your journey. This course is to familiarize yourself with Identity Panel and the Identity Panel Suite. 

Q: What is the cost of tuition?

A: The course is covered under your organization's Knowledge Packages. There are two Knowledge Packages available and owned by nearly all customers: the Knowledge Package for Administrators and the Knowledge Package for Developers and Testers. 

Q: Is travel and hotel covered under the Knowledge Package?

A: Each Knowledge Package is assigned to a location. It is typically your home office or other SoftwareIDM approved location. If training is not offered or planned to be offered within 50 miles of your Knowledge Package location, SoftwareIDM will provide for transport and accommodations to training. Our typical location for training is London and Reykjavik plus assorted cities across North American and Europe. You can see a history of our locations previously served here.
