Part 1

1. Review all change controls
2. Review communications
3. Confirm customer and stakeholder expectations
4. Review testing results
5. Make final check for completeness

Part 2

1. Disable downstream synchronizations
2. Complete any final simulations 
3. Confirm parallel operations
4. Disable schedule to prepare for manual mode
5. Promote code to production
6. Review pending action (including pending export) reports
7. Controlled exports
8. Enable synchronizations
9. Monitor results

• This is 24x7 event. Morning workshop begins at 9:00AM
