• How does it leverage and integrate with Identity Panel
• How is uses Canopy to service request to many target systems including MIM
• Integration and enhancement to the MIM Portal
• Integration and enhancement when connected to the MIM Sync Engine
• Running Service Panel from the cloud vs. on-premise.

Module 3 - Create a Service Panel virtual silo view

• Define include object types and attributes
• Merge attributes from different silos (e.g. combine email settings from Azure with account settings from AD)
• Configuring attribute audiences (security role based, and relationship based, e.g. Self, Manager)

• Define search parameters
• Customize display views (business card view, thumbnail view, list view, and full details)
