Tuesday, 9 May 2023, SoftwareIDM will host Service Panel Patterns and Practices Primer in London, U.K. This course is designed to prepare those who are attending A902 - HyperSync Patterns and Practices - with MIM Sync to HyperSync Migration Toolkit on 11 May 2023. and need a Service Panel refresher course.
A901 is only mandatory if you have not previously attended Service Panel training. However, it is recommended if you wish to refresh or advance your Service Panel skills. Therefore, you do not need to complete A901 to attend A902 - HyperSync Patterns and Practices.
Courses times are 9AM until 5PM daily. This course is the second in a four-day expert series and will focus on SoftwareIDM's HyperSync and Service Panel. This series will prepare you to attend Access Panel Solution Developer training London, U.K. - 27-30 November 2023.

- Own a subscription to a Knowledge Package
- Be a level 2 engineer or developer in one of the data sources you plan to use with Identity Panel, which must include one of the following:

- SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- ADFS
- Office 365
- Exchange Server
- ServiceNow
- Okta
- Workday
The Outlook invitation if for Wednesday through Thursday only. Day one and two is for optional for those who already attended Identity Panel training. Use this Outlook invitation to RSVP for M900. Lunch, coffee, and snacks are included. Lunch includes a vegetarian option.
